The very first marriage started in a thriving garden, which gave the perfect backdrop to what a great marriage could be like. Marriage is a lot like a garden and needs to be tended to and cared for in order to flourish. In this message we’ll consider some crucial parallels to a flourishing garden, to see how we can build a strong, healthy and thriving marriage.

When it comes to your family, you have a vital part to play in bringing great gain to the rest of the family. What you have to contribute to the family is so important, but often instead of making great gains, we find great pain. Knowing how you are uniquely shaped, and overcoming the urge to put your own needs above the needs of the family, is vital to bring the contributing factor to your family. Philippians 2:3 reads “Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves.”
